Built on Integrity.

Driven by Excellence.

Founded in 2012 by Terry Egley with a vision for a better kind of construction company, Integrity Construction Group has grown into one of the region's most trusted commercial general contractors. What began as a commitment to doing the right thing — on every project, for every client — has become a company culture that sets us apart.

We specialize in interior renovations for commercial tenants: medical practices, retail brands, restaurants, and corporate offices. Our team navigates complex builds across Maryland, DC, and the surrounding region, managing everything from pre-construction budgeting through final punch-list.

Relationships

We build spaces, but we build relationships first. Most of our work comes from clients who come back — or refer us to someone they trust.

Integrity, behind the scenes…..

What does integrity mean to us? It means doing the right thing when no one is watching. It's printed on our office walls and it's our motto for each and every project we complete. But that's not all we stand for. We stand for family, friends, our clients and our community. So many different attributes that keep us going.

When Terry started Integrity in 2012 she not only did it for herself but she did it for her children. She was tired of living in the corporate world and wanted to live for herself and her kids. While that took a lot of time to achieve, she has always had a goal set in mind for her and her family's future. When her daughter Randi joined the team in 2013 she was in nursing, working part time, and was a first time mom. Working along side Terry, it allowed Randi's family goals to align. Giving her children something to work for and work toward.
